Last Updated: October 26, 2025
1. Scope
(1) This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which subscription fees paid to the operator of this website (hereinafter the “Provider”) may be refunded. It applies to all Users who purchase subscription access to the service known as AdMint (hereinafter the “User”).
(2) The version in force at the time of payment shall apply exclusively.
2. Billing and Renewal
(1) Subscription fees are due in advance for the respective billing period.
(2) Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless the User cancels prior to renewal.
(3) Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the User to a refund for the current billing period except as expressly provided in § 4.
3. Cancellation Procedure
(1) The User may cancel the subscription at any time through the account management interface or by written notice to: [email protected].
(2) Upon cancellation, the User shall retain access to premium features until the conclusion of the billing period already paid for. No pro-rated refunds shall be provided for unused time.
4. Refund Eligibility
(1) The Provider may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund for the first subscription payment made by a User, provided that the User requests the refund within thirty (30) days from the date of the original charge.
(2) The entitlement described in § 4(1) exists only if the User has not exceeded the Usage Threshold defined in § 4(3).
(3) For the purpose of this Policy, “Usage Threshold” shall mean the completion of more than five (5) premium link bypasses, unlock actions, or any comparable premium function made available exclusively to paying subscribers.
(4) If the User has completed six (6) or more such premium actions during the billing period, the subscription shall be deemed fully utilized, and no refund shall be granted under any circumstances.
(5) Refunds shall not be granted for: (a) renewal payments older than thirty (30) days; (b) partial billing periods remaining after cancellation; (c) accounts suspended or terminated due to breach of the Terms of Service, suspected abuse, or fraudulent activity; or (d) any subscription wherein the Usage Threshold has been exceeded.
5. Refund Request Procedure
(1) Refund requests must be submitted by email to: [email protected].
(2) The User must provide: the account email address, the date of purchase, and sufficient transaction details to identify the payment in question.
(3) The Provider shall review the request and notify the User of the decision. Refunds, where approved, shall be credited to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
6. Chargebacks
(1) Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute without prior written communication to the Provider constitutes a breach of this Policy.
(2) In such cases, the Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s account and to dispute the chargeback with the payment processor, including by providing evidence of usage where applicable.
7. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
(1) This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A.
(2) The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy shall be the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Delaware.
8. Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The effective date of the most recent version shall be indicated above.
