The version in force at the time of use applies exclusively.
(2) By using AdMint, the User acknowledges and agrees to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Categories of Data Processed
(1) The Provider may process the following categories of data:
Account details supplied by the User;
Device and usage data automatically transmitted during use;
Information required for withdrawals or payouts for publisher accounts;
Communications sent by the User to the Provider;
Authentication and security-related data required to prevent abuse.
(2) The Service is not intended for children under 13. The Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from such individuals.
3. Purpose of Processing
(1) Data processed under § 2 is used solely to:
Operate and improve AdMint;
Authenticate and secure User accounts;
Detect, prevent, and respond to fraudulent or abusive activity;
Support and communicate with Users;
Enable publisher earnings and payout features where applicable;
Comply with legal obligations and enforce the Provider’s Terms of Service.
(2) The Provider does not sell personal information to third-party marketers.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
(1) AdMint may use cookies or comparable technologies to maintain account sessions and ensure platform security.
(2) The User may disable cookies in their browser settings; however, doing so may impair portions of the Service’s functionality.
5. Data Sharing
(1) The Provider may share personal data only with third parties necessary for:
Hosting and infrastructure operation;
Authentication and security processes;
Payment or payout processing;
Legal compliance or response to lawful requests.
(2) Such third parties receive only the minimum necessary data to provide their services.

Security Audit Logs: To prevent fraud and abuse, we retain security audit logs (including IP addresses and user actions) for up to 12 months. These logs are used solely for security purposes and are automatically deleted after the retention period.

10. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
(1) This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A.
(2) The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from this Privacy Policy shall be the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Delaware.
11. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Updates will be indicated by the “Last updated” date listed above.
12. Publisher Privacy Addendum
(1) This Addendum applies specifically to Users who participate in AdMint as publishers or creators (hereinafter the “Publisher”). It supplements, and does not replace, the general provisions of this Privacy Policy.
(2) In addition to the data categories described in § 2, the Provider may process the following data when the Publisher uses monetization features:
Information required for payout eligibility and verification;
Metrics relating to link performance and traffic sources;
Technical and security-related identifiers used to detect invalid or abusive activity.
(3) Such data is processed exclusively to enable performance attribution, prevent fraud, calculate earnings accurately, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
(4) The Publisher is solely responsible for ensuring that any websites, traffic sources, or content they use in connection with AdMint comply with all applicable laws, including privacy, advertising, and consumer protection regulations.
(5) The Publisher acknowledges that if they direct end-users to AdMint pages, those end-users’ data may be processed under this Privacy Policy, and the Publisher may be legally required to disclose such processing to those users. The Provider is not responsible for a Publisher’s failure to make such disclosures.
(6) The Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a Publisher’s account, and to withhold payouts, in the event of suspected abuse, fraud, policy violations, unlawful conduct, or failure to comply with this Addendum.
